    We don’t take into consideration how important the function of our feet truly are. The feet have four layers of muscle, 33 joints and 26 bones, and for most of us we are squishing our feet in shoes that are not shaped for our feet.


    This means, that not only we end up with bunions, but due to the arch support in most shoes, the muscles of the feet don’t have the opportunity to flex and extend, therefore becoming weak and immobile, the fascia becomes calcified and we end up with things like medially rotated knees (due to arch collapse), Plantar fasciitis, and also intense hip and lower back pain.


    We also sit in chairs and use devices way too much in our world today, creating rigid, stuck and immobile joints.

    This workshop is the one that will change your life from the ground up.

    I encourage you to look at movement from a new angle…what if you could move better by doing less?

    In this course you will learn how important it is to make sure our fascia is healthy, nurtured, and understood! It is a quantum, intelligent, and fascinating organ that has more connections than our brain.

    What does it do?

    Provides Structure. It gives shape and form to muscles and organs, holding everything in place. 

    Enables Movement: Creates sliding surfaces between tissues, allowing muscles to contract and glide smoothly. 

    Sensory Organ: Highly intelligent, it's rich in sensory nerves, providing proprioception (body awareness). 

    Connects Systems: It's a holistic system that links different parts of the body, influencing circulation, nerve signals, and overall health. 

    When we tip into chronic survival states…

    Tightness & Contraction Poor phone posture, sitting for too long, injury, or inactivity can make fascia sticky, clumpy, and tight, forming "knots". 

    Pain & Restriction:This tightness restricts movement, causes pain (like plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder), and hinders recovery. 

    Emotional trauma. What we hold onto stores right here in our fascia, causing the jelly like substance to “protect” and become tense and immobile.

    Our bodies learn over time to be a certain way, and our issues store in our tissues! The amazing thing about our bodies is that they are ALWAYS learning, and what has been learned can be unlearned.


    You will understand how our fascia is the king of our bodies and encases the muscles, joints, bones and organs. We have learnt over time to live in a high stress, high functioning, and fast paced world and our nervous systems are cooked, exhausted and burnt out, meaning our fascia is rigid, tight and moves towards calcification.

  • Beginner Flow & Yin Yoga 4 week Immersion

    Yoga is NOT what it looks like on Instagram. In fact, I believe this is the number one reason why people never start yoga in the first place.

    Here at Move Like Water Collective be guided in a small, intimate and personal group to kick off a lifetime of practice on your mat.

    Yoga is a physical, emotional and spiritual practice that I also marry with my two decades of movement teaching to share to you a three dimensional, slow and nervous system regulating practice that you can then take with you for life.

    I have seen over the years many knee and hip injuries stem from yoga as the base (the feet) have never been corrected or looked after. The body is a intelligent, intuitive, and powerful vehicle that naturally glides well into poses, so long as we are aware of how it fits for our body to avoid injury, strain or imbalances.

    I share from a space of wellbeing for the body and mind, meaning that if we don’t look after our emotional, and spiritual health, the physical is going to be the by-product of what we keep inside.

    Im a practical, fun, and interesting teacher that will have you craving better movement for your body through this ancient practice.

    Course will consist of four consecutive weeks (including free yin classes on the timetable) to get to know what it feels like in your body, and the fundamentals of the pose, breath, and mindfulness practice that is the yoga.

    Our breath is what governs our health. If our breath is executed through the mouth and short, shallow, and in our chest, our nervous system will be constantly looking for threats and our Vagal tone will be more one of reactivity as opposed to response.

    In these four weeks, not only will you learn about flow and Yin Yoga, but immerse In the life-changing awareness of your breath and how this ultimately will help you reduce stress, lower inflammation, decrease visceral (belly) fat, and help you sleep better which leads to better lifestyle choices.
